Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles for enterprise digital transformation initiatives
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across 5+ departments to deliver on-time deliverables
- Manage project budgets exceeding $1M with 95% accuracy
- Develop detailed project plans using Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Conduct weekly stakeholder reviews and executive presentations
- Implement risk mitigation strategies and change management protocols
- Utilize JIRA and Asana to track progress and ensure quality deliverables
- Mentor junior PMs through our structured growth program
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business/IT or equivalent experience required
- 5+ years project management experience with weekend shift exposure
- PMP or CPM certification strongly preferred
- Expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies and waterfall hybrid approaches
- Proven success managing budgets $500K+
- Advanced proficiency in MS Project, JIRA, and Asana
- Exceptional communication skills for C-suite stakeholder engagement
- Ability to work independently with minimal weekend supervision
