Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project execution for weekend operations using Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (DevOps, UX, Engineering) across time zones
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation with precision
- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies
- Stakeholder communication through weekly executive dashboards and status reports
- Mentor junior project managers and drive continuous improvement
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field
- 5+ years of project management experience in tech/IT
- PMP or CSM certification required
- Proven success managing weekend shift operations
- Expertise in Jira, Asana, and MS Project Suite
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Experience with remote team coordination
