- End-to-end project lifecycle management for weekend operations initiatives
- Stakeholder coordination across engineering, finance, and executive teams
- Risk mitigation and contingency planning for time-sensitive deployments
- Agile/Scrum methodology implementation with bi-weekly sprint reviews
- Budget oversight and resource optimization for weekend project phases
- Vendor management and third-party deliverable validation
- Performance reporting using Jira and MS Project dashboards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years of project management experience in tech/infrastructure
- PMP or CPM certification required
- Proven track record of weekend/holiday project delivery
- Advanced proficiency in MS Project, Asana, and Jira
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making ability
- Exceptional communication skills for remote stakeholder alignment
