Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver complex IT infrastructure projects on aggressive weekend deadlines
- Execute Agile/Scrum methodologies with daily standups and sprint reviews
- Manage project budgets exceeding $2M with variance tracking under 5%
- Stakeholder communication across C-suite, vendors, and external partners
- Risk mitigation and contingency planning for weekend operational changes
- Mentor junior PMs through our weekend leadership rotation program
- Implement JIRA/Confluence workflows for weekend team efficiency
Qualifications
- 5+ years project management experience with weekend shift or 24/7 operations
- PMP or CPM certification required
- Expertise in managing cloud migration or cybersecurity projects
- Proven budget management for $1M+ initiatives
- Advanced proficiency in MS Project, Asana, and resource allocation tools
- Strong conflict resolution for weekend team dynamics
- Experience with federal compliance frameworks (NIST, FISMA)
