Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycle management for weekend-based technology deployments
- Coordinate with 15+ cross-functional teams (DevOps, QA, UX) across time zones
- Execute agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) with 2-week sprint cadences
- Manage stakeholder communications through executive dashboards and weekly syncs
- Drive risk mitigation strategies and budget adherence (P&L responsibility up to $2M)
- Mentor junior PMs and implement continuous improvement processes
Qualifications
- 8+ years of project management experience with weekend shift exposure
- PMP or CPM certification required
- Expertise in Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Project
- Proven track record in technology or SaaS project delivery
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making
- Exceptional communication across all organizational levels
- Experience with remote team leadership across 3+ time zones
