Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs, document requirements, and define scope for software development projects.
- Conduct gap analyses to determine the differences between current business processes and future business processes.
- Translate business requirements into functional user stories and technical specifications for developers.
- Facilitate requirements gathering workshops and elicitation sessions with cross-functional teams.
- Develop and maintain detailed process maps, use case diagrams, and wireframes.
- Partner with QA teams to ensure accurate test case creation and UAT sign-off.
- Monitor project progress and identify potential risks or bottlenecks in the workflow.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a corporate environment.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and data analysis tools (Excel, Tableau, or Power BI).
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and JIRA is highly preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team setting.
