Responsibilities
- Conduct stakeholder interviews to document business requirements and process flows
- Develop detailed functional specifications and user stories for development teams
- Create data models and SQL queries to analyze operational inefficiencies
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies (sprints, retrospectives, grooming sessions)
- Produce executive dashboards using Tableau/Power BI
- Lead UAT cycles and coordinate QA validation processes
- Document business processes using Visio/Lucidchart
Qualifications
- 5+ years of business analysis experience in SaaS/FinTech
- Expertise in Agile methodologies and JIRA/Confluence
- Advanced SQL skills with complex joins and subqueries
- Certification (CBAP/PMP) or equivalent practical experience
- Strong data visualization skills (Tableau/Power BI)
- Experience with process mapping tools (Visio/Lucidchart)
- Proven ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field
