Responsibilities
- Lead Weekend Operations: Manage the full project lifecycle for weekend deployments, maintenance windows, and critical sprint reviews to minimize business disruption.
- Team Coordination: Facilitate stand-up meetings and coordinate with developers, QA engineers, and stakeholders to ensure project alignment.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks during the weekend schedule and implement mitigation strategies to ensure on-time delivery.
- Stakeholder Reporting: Provide detailed progress updates and status reports to senior leadership, highlighting key milestones and blockers.
- Resource Allocation: Optimize team workloads and assign tasks efficiently to maximize productivity during peak weekend hours.
- Process Improvement: Continuously refine project management methodologies to enhance efficiency and team collaboration.
Qualifications
- Certification: PMP, PgMP, or CAPM certification is highly preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 4-5 years of project management experience, with a specific focus on weekend or after-hours operations.
- Methodology: Proficient in Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall project management frameworks.
- Tools: Strong command of project management software such as Jira, Asana, Monday.com, or MS Project.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of translating technical jargon for non-technical stakeholders.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) as required by the business needs.
