Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate the planning, execution, and closure of complex weekend projects across multiple departments.
- Manage stakeholder expectations, ensuring clear communication regarding timelines, scope, and deliverables.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure projects are delivered on time without disruption.
- Utilize Agile and Scrum methodologies to track sprint progress and adjust resource allocation as needed.
- Generate and present detailed performance reports and retrospective analyses to senior leadership every Sunday.
- Facilitate daily stand-ups and coordination meetings for weekend teams to ensure alignment.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (5+ years) in Project Management, specifically within the IT or Technology sector.
- Must hold a PMP, PgMP, or Prince2 certification; equivalent experience will be considered.
- Strong proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Asana, Trello, and MS Project.
- Availability to work a consistent weekend schedule (Saturday and Sunday) with flexibility for core hours on weekdays.
- Exceptional leadership, written, and verbal communication skills.
