Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and deliver complex projects using Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Manage cross-functional teams (developers, designers, stakeholders) to meet deadlines
- Develop detailed project plans, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies
- Monitor KPIs and provide regular progress reports to executive leadership
- Facilitate client communication and ensure deliverable alignment with business goals
- Implement process improvements to enhance team efficiency and project success rates
Qualifications
- 5+ years of project management experience with IT or infrastructure projects
- PMP or CSM certification required
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
- Expertise in Jira, Asana, and Microsoft Project tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent stakeholder management and presentation skills
