Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles from conception to deployment using Agile and Scrum methodologies
- Manage cross-functional teams of 10+ engineers, designers, and product specialists
- Develop detailed project plans, budgets, and resource allocation strategies
- Facilitate stakeholder communication across executive, technical, and client-facing groups
- Implement risk mitigation strategies and ensure compliance with industry standards
- Drive continuous improvement through retrospectives and process optimization
- Utilize Jira, Asana, and Microsoft Project for workflow management
Qualifications
- 5+ years of project management experience in tech or SaaS environments
- PMP or CSM certification required
- Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget
- Expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies and resource allocation
- Exceptional communication skills with executive stakeholders
- Experience with cloud migration or AI implementation projects
