Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles using Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Manage $1M+ budgets and resource allocation across 10+ stakeholders
- Implement risk mitigation strategies and ensure regulatory compliance
- Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives
- Develop detailed project roadmaps with Jira/Confluence integration
- Drive digital transformation initiatives for Fortune 500 clients
- Mentor junior PMs and optimize team productivity
Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in tech project management
- PMP or CSM certification required
- Expertise in scaling Agile methodologies for enterprise projects
- Proven track record delivering complex SaaS platforms
- Advanced proficiency in MS Project, Jira, and Asana
- Strong financial acumen with budget forecasting experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
