Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end requirements gathering and documentation for enterprise-level projects
- Analyze complex business processes and design data-driven optimization strategies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical specifications
- Develop and maintain comprehensive process flows, data models, and user stories
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and present findings to executive leadership
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Agile and Scrum methodologies
- Validate solutions through UAT and ensure alignment with business objectives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in tech or financial services
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Excel, and process modeling tools (e.g., Visio)
- Strong background in Agile/Scrum methodologies and JIRA
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to bridge technical and business domains
- Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent) highly valued
- Experience with CRM and ERP system implementation
