Responsibilities
- Architect Quantum Algorithms: Design and implement scalable quantum machine learning models and optimization algorithms for real-world applications.
- System Integration: Integrate quantum processing units (QPUs) with classical neural networks to create hybrid computing environments.
- R&D Leadership: Lead a cross-functional team of researchers and developers in exploring emerging quantum technologies and AI frameworks.
- Performance Tuning: Optimize quantum circuit depth and gate fidelity to maximize computational efficiency.
- Technical Strategy: Define the technical roadmap for our quantum AI infrastructure through 2026 and beyond.
- Code Review & Mentorship: Conduct rigorous code reviews and mentor junior engineers to maintain high technical standards.
Qualifications
- Education: Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on Quantum Computing or AI.
- Experience: Minimum 5+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 2 years specifically in quantum computing or advanced AI.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, C++, and Qiskit or Cirq. Experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar deep learning frameworks.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to tackle complex mathematical and algorithmic challenges.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
