Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment for technical roles, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Utilize advanced sourcing strategies (Boolean search, social networking, referrals) to build a robust talent pipeline.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and define success metrics.
- Conduct in-depth technical interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate skills and cultural fit.
- Manage the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and maintain accurate recruitment data.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with universities and technical communities.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in corporate technical recruiting.
- Proven track record of filling hard-to-fill technical positions.
- Strong knowledge of software development lifecycles and technical methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with major ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Lever, etc.).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
