Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles for enterprise software implementations
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (dev, design, marketing) in Agile/Scrum environments
- Develop detailed project plans with clear milestones, deliverables, and resource allocation
- Manage project budgets exceeding $500K while maintaining cost efficiency
- Conduct risk assessments and mitigation strategies for technical dependencies
- Facilit stakeholder communications through executive dashboards and status reports
- Mentor junior PMs and implement continuous improvement processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years managing enterprise-level software projects
- PMP or CSM certification required
- Proven experience with Jira, Asana, and Microsoft Project Suite
- Strong background in Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills for executive stakeholder management
- Demonstrable success in budget management and risk mitigation
- Detroit metro area residency preferred
