Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend data-driven solutions
- Document requirements using UML diagrams, user stories, and process flows
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops to align on project goals and deliverables
- Create detailed financial models and ROI analyses for strategic initiatives
- Develop test cases and validate solution effectiveness through QA collaboration
- Implement Agile methodologies and JIRA for sprint planning and tracking
- Present findings to executive leadership through compelling visual dashboards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in business analysis or process optimization
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or PMI-PMP certification
- Proven track record in requirements gathering and stakeholder management
- Experience with healthcare or fintech industry regulations (HIPAA, PCI-DSS)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex information
