Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business processes and translate requirements into actionable technical specifications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, deliverables, and success metrics
- Develop detailed process flows, data models, and user stories using industry-standard methodologies
- Lead stakeholder workshops to gather requirements and validate solutions against business objectives
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation including BRDs, UML diagrams, and test cases
- Monitor project KPIs and provide actionable insights through data visualization and reporting
- Facilitate agile ceremonies and ensure alignment between business and technical teams
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in business analysis with SaaS or technology focus
- Proficiency in SQL, data modeling, and visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies and requirement management tools (Jira, Confluence)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable recommendations
- Exceptional communication skills with proven stakeholder management experience
- Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent) highly desirable
- Experience with process automation tools (UiPath, Automation Anywhere) a plus
