Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze detailed business requirements and functional specifications.
- Design process flows, use cases, and user stories to guide development teams in creating robust software solutions.
- Conduct gap analysis to identify discrepancies between current processes and desired business outcomes.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Translate complex technical concepts into clear, non-technical language for diverse audiences.
- Monitor project progress and deliverables to ensure alignment with business goals and timelines.
- Perform data analysis and generate reports to support strategic decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar data-driven role.
- Proven experience working within Agile or Scrum development methodologies.
- Strong proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Excel, Tableau, Power BI).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
- Experience with requirements management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or IBM DOORS.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
