Responsibilities
- Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and translate them into detailed functional requirements.
- Process Modeling: Create comprehensive process maps, flowcharts, and use case diagrams using tools like Visio or Lucidchart.
- Data Analysis: Conduct deep-dive analysis of data to uncover trends, gaps, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Stakeholder Management: Facilitate workshops and meetings to ensure clear communication and alignment across all departments.
- Documentation: Author and maintain high-quality technical and business documentation, including BRDs (Business Requirement Documents) and Functional Specs.
- Agile Support: Support the Agile/Scrum development process by providing insight into backlog refinement and sprint planning.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in a corporate environment.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL and experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Methodology: Strong working knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of identifying root causes of business issues and implementing effective solutions.
