Responsibilities
- Lead Cross-Functional Teams: Spearhead project planning, execution, and closure, coordinating efforts between engineering, design, and product teams.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate project status, risks, and milestones to senior leadership and clients with clarity and confidence.
- Risk Mitigation: Proactively identify potential blockers and develop contingency plans to ensure project continuity.
- Resource Allocation: Manage team workloads, prioritize tasks, and optimize resource utilization to maximize efficiency.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure all deliverables meet strict quality standards and regulatory requirements before deployment.
- Agile Leadership: Facilitate sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in IT Project Management or Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) management.
- Certification: PMP, CAPM, or Scrum Master certification is highly preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Trello, Asana, or Microsoft Project.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate technical jargon for non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with a proven track record of resolving complex project challenges.
