Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and monitor complex IT projects using Agile and Waterfall methodologies
- Lead cross-functional teams (developers, QA, designers) to deliver milestones on schedule
- Manage project budgets, risks, and resource allocation with precision
- Facilitate stakeholder communications and executive reporting
- Implement process improvements using Jira, Asana, and Microsoft Project
- Mentor junior PMs and conduct post-project retrospectives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of project management experience in tech/IT environments
- PMP or CSM certification required
- Expertise in Agile/Scrum frameworks and hybrid methodologies
- Proven success in managing budgets over $500K and teams of 10+
- Exceptional communication skills for executive and technical audiences
- Experience with remote team coordination and distributed project delivery
