Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver complex IT and digital transformation projects on aggressive timelines
- Develop detailed project plans, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies
- Manage project budgets exceeding $1M while ensuring cost control and ROI optimization
- Facilitate stakeholder communication through executive dashboards and progress reports
- Implement Agile/Scrum methodologies to enhance team productivity and adaptability
- Conduct post-project reviews and implement continuous improvement processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- 7+ years of progressive project management experience with IT implementations
- PMP or CSM certification required
- Proven success managing remote and hybrid teams across multiple time zones
- Advanced proficiency in JIRA, MS Project, and Asana
- Demonstrated experience with vendor management and procurement processes
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven decision-making abilities
