Responsibilities
- Lead comprehensive technical audits to identify and resolve crawlability, indexability, and site speed issues.
- Optimize site architecture, URL structures, and internal linking strategies to maximize crawl budget and distribute link equity.
- Implement and maintain Schema.org markup (JSON-LD) to enhance rich snippets and improve search engine comprehension.
- Collaborate closely with engineering teams to improve Core Web Vitals, page load times, and overall site performance.
- Monitor search console data and third-party SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Analytics) to detect algorithmic changes and traffic anomalies.
- Develop and execute A/B testing strategies for landing pages to improve conversion rates and user engagement metrics.
- Advocate for SEO best practices across all departments to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in technical SEO with a proven track record of improving organic traffic for enterprise-level websites.
- Deep understanding of Google's Core Web Vitals, Search Algorithms, and the indexation process.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to effectively collaborate with frontend developers.
- Experience with Python scripting for data analysis, automation, and reporting.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex technical data into actionable business insights.
- Excellent communication skills to present technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with content management systems (e.g., WordPress, Drupal) and headless CMS architectures.
