Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams through project lifecycles using Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies
- Monitor KPIs and deliverables, ensuring milestones are achieved on schedule
- Facilitate stakeholder communications and manage client expectations
- Implement risk mitigation strategies and resolve project impediments
- Conduct post-project reviews and implement process improvements
- Maintain project documentation using Jira and Asana platforms
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years of project management experience in tech/IT
- PMP or CSM certification required
- Proven track record delivering complex software/hardware projects
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Experience with remote team coordination across time zones
- Proficiency in project management tools (Jira, Asana, MS Project)
- Ability to work independently with minimal weekday oversight
