Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business processes and translate requirements into technical specifications
- Develop and maintain detailed process flows, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and present findings to executive leadership
- Create and maintain data models, dashboards, and performance metrics
- Lead cross-functional Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Retrospectives)
- Identify process inefficiencies and propose data-driven optimization solutions
- Manage Jira/Confluence documentation and requirements traceability
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 3+ years of Business Analyst experience in SaaS or fintech
- Expertise in Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)
- Proficiency in SQL, data visualization (Tableau/Power BI), and process modeling
- Exceptional stakeholder management and presentation skills
- Strong analytical problem-solving with attention to detail
- Experience with API integration and microservices architecture
- Immediate availability to start within 1-2 weeks
