Responsibilities
- Oversee all accounting operations including month-end closes, financial reporting, and compliance
- Develop and implement robust internal controls and risk management frameworks
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial planning initiatives
- Manage financial reporting for executive leadership and board stakeholders
- Coordinate with external auditors and ensure regulatory compliance
- Mentor finance team and drive process improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting (CPA/MBA strongly preferred)
- 8+ years in corporate finance with 3+ years in leadership role
- Expertise in GAAP, SOX compliance, and financial systems (SAP/Oracle)
- Proven experience in multi-location corporate environments
- Advanced Excel modeling and data visualization skills
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Experience with M&A transaction support preferred
