- Lead corporate strategy implementation across 5+ departments
- Develop and execute operational efficiency improvement plans
- Manage $2M+ annual budget with ROI-focused allocation
- Coordinate vendor relationships and contract negotiations
- Drive digital transformation initiatives across enterprise systems
- Lead cross-functional teams of 15+ direct/indirect reports
- Ensure compliance with SOX and corporate governance standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business/Operations (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years corporate operations experience in tech/manufacturing
- Proven P&L management and budget optimization track record
- Expertise in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and automation tools
- Strong change management and stakeholder leadership skills
- Lean Six Sigma certification or equivalent
- Immediate availability to start within 2 weeks
