Responsibilities
- Translate complex business requirements into technical specifications for development teams
- Analyze data trends using SQL, Excel, and BI tools to identify process improvement opportunities
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and document requirements in user stories and process flows
- Validate system functionality through UAT and coordinate cross-functional testing
- Develop KPI dashboards and performance metrics to track business impact
- Lead Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, retrospectives) for product development teams
- Maintain and prioritize product backlogs based on business value and technical feasibility
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in tech or manufacturing
- Proficiency in SQL, JIRA, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Certified Business Analyst (CBAP) or PMI-PBA preferred
- Strong background in Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Experience mapping end-to-end business processes using BPMN
- Demonstrated success in translating technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field
- Ability to thrive in deadline-driven environments with competing priorities
