Responsibilities
- Lead stakeholder workshops to elicit, document, and prioritize business requirements for enterprise-scale projects
- Analyze complex business processes using BPMN and UML to identify improvement opportunities
- Develop detailed functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria for development teams
- Create data models, dashboards, and KPI tracking using SQL, Power BI, and Tableau
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Retrospectives) and manage product backlogs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless solution delivery
- Conduct impact assessments and ROI analysis for proposed business initiatives
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in retail or SaaS industries
- Expertise in requirements elicitation techniques (user interviews, workshops, JAD)
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, data modeling, and visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau)
- Certification in CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent business analysis methodology
- Proven track record leading Agile/Scrum projects with complex stakeholder management
- MBA or relevant Master's degree preferred
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and CRM platforms (Salesforce)
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to translate ambiguity into actionable requirements
