Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end requirement gathering and documentation for high-priority fintech projects
- Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops to define business objectives and success metrics
- Develop data models, KPI dashboards, and performance tracking frameworks
- Perform gap analysis between current systems and future-state requirements
- Create detailed user stories, process flows, and technical specifications
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and ensure alignment between business and engineering teams
- Present findings to executive leadership with actionable recommendations
Qualifications
- 5+ years of business analysis experience in fintech or SaaS environments
- Expertise in SQL, data visualization (Tableau/Power BI), and process modeling tools
- Certification in CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent strongly preferred
- Proven track record of delivering complex projects in deadline-driven settings
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Mastery of Agile/Scrum methodologies and JIRA/Confluence platforms
- Experience with regulatory compliance frameworks (SOX, PCI-DSS)
