Responsibilities
- End-to-end ownership of complex IT infrastructure projects with $500K+ budgets
- Stakeholder management across C-suite, vendors, and client teams
- Implement Agile/Scrum methodologies with Jira/Confluence proficiency
- Risk mitigation planning and budget variance analysis
- Team leadership of 5-8 cross-functional members
- Client relationship management and satisfaction tracking
- Process optimization and PMO compliance
Qualifications
- 5+ years in project management with 3+ in tech/IT infrastructure
- PMP or CPM certification required
- Proven track record of delivering on-time projects in matrixed environments
- Expertise in Scrum, Kanban, and Waterfall methodologies
- Advanced proficiency in MS Project, Asana, and Smartsheet
- Experience with enterprise-level risk management frameworks
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
