Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document detailed business requirements and functional specifications.
- Conduct thorough data analysis to identify process gaps and recommend strategic solutions.
- Act as the primary liaison between IT teams and business units to ensure project deliverables meet business needs.
- Create detailed process maps, wireframes, and user stories using Agile methodologies.
- Facilitate workshops and requirements gathering sessions to drive project success.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to management.
- Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation to increase efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a corporate environment.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP), and data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI).
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools (Jira, Confluence).
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical jargon into business value.
- Proven track record of managing cross-functional projects and stakeholder relationships.
- Professional Business Analysis certification (CBAP or PBA) is a plus.
