Responsibilities
- Requirements Gathering: Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and requirements analysis to define clear business objectives and functional specifications.
- Process Improvement: Analyze current business processes and identify opportunities for optimization, automation, and cost reduction.
- Documentation: Create and maintain detailed documentation, including business requirements documents (BRD), functional specifications, use cases, and process maps.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary liaison between business units and the IT team to ensure alignment and successful project delivery.
- Data Analysis: Gather, clean, and analyze data to provide actionable insights and support decision-making processes.
- Testing & QA: Collaborate with QA teams to develop test plans, execute test cases, and validate solutions against business requirements.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field is required.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a corporate environment.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Excel (advanced functions), and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Methodology: Strong understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies; experience with JIRA or similar project management tools.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with a detail-oriented mindset.
