Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles from initiation to closure, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables with key stakeholders to manage expectations effectively.
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets; monitor progress and manage deviations.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks to ensure project stability and quality.
- Facilitate cross-functional team collaboration and foster a positive, productive work environment.
- Communicate project status, risks, and wins to executive leadership and team members on a regular basis.
- Ensure compliance with company methodologies (Agile/Scrum) and industry standards.
Qualifications
- 3-5+ years of professional experience as a Project Manager in a corporate or technical environment.
- Proven expertise in Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies.
- Strong understanding of project management tools such as Jira, Asana, Microsoft Project, or Trello.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly.
- PMP, CAPM, or PRINCE2 certification is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions under pressure.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple competing priorities simultaneously.
