Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business processes and identify opportunities for optimization using data-driven insights
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into actionable technical specifications
- Lead stakeholder workshops and create comprehensive process flows, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Develop KPI dashboards and performance metrics to track project success
- Document requirements using industry-standard tools (Jira, Confluence, Visio)
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and ensure alignment between business and technology teams
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in fast-paced environments
- Expertise in SQL, data modeling, and process mapping methodologies
- Proven track record of delivering projects in regulated industries (healthcare/finance a plus)
- Strong analytical skills with experience in requirement elicitation techniques
- PMP or CBAP certification highly desirable
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to influence executive stakeholders
