Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end business analysis for digital transformation initiatives
- Develop detailed process flows, user stories, and functional specifications
- Conduct stakeholder interviews and requirements gathering workshops
- Analyze KPIs and performance metrics to identify optimization opportunities
- Create comprehensive documentation and visual dashboards using SQL/Tableau
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and collaborate with development teams

Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in business analysis with fintech/SaaS background
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools
- Certification in CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent
- Proven track record of delivering complex projects on tight deadlines
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, and Agile methodologies
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field
