Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of business analysis experience in tech or fintech
- Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, and SQL
- Strong background in agile methodologies and SDLC
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent) a plus
- Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time
- Experience with process mapping tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart)
