Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and identify improvement opportunities using data-driven methodologies
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and prioritize deliverables
- Create detailed documentation including process flows, user stories, and functional specifications
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to align cross-functional teams on project goals
- Validate solutions through testing and ensure seamless implementation
- Develop KPIs and metrics to measure project success and business impact
- Maintain project artifacts in JIRA and Confluence
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of business analyst experience in enterprise environments
- Expertise in SQL, data modeling, and process mapping tools (Visio, Lucidchart)
- Strong Agile/Scrum methodology experience
- Proven track record in requirements gathering and stakeholder management
- Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent) highly desirable
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to bridge technical and business teams
