Responsibilities
- End-to-end project lifecycle management from initiation to closure
- Lead cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, and stakeholders
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies
- Proactively identify and mitigate project risks and roadblocks
- Monitor KPIs and deliverables against client SLAs
- Facilitate agile ceremonies and ensure Scrum methodology compliance
- Manage project budgets and vendor relationships
Qualifications
- 5+ years of project management experience in IT or software development
- PMP or CPM certification strongly preferred
- Proven expertise with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with Jira, Asana, or similar project management tools
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field
