Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver complex IT infrastructure and software development projects on time and within budget
- Develop detailed project plans, scope documents, and risk mitigation strategies
- Facilitate agile ceremonies (sprints, retrospectives, stand-ups) and implement Jira/Asana workflows
- Manage stakeholder communication and expectations across C-suite, engineering, and client teams
- Monitor project KPIs using dashboards and provide weekly executive updates
- Drive process improvements and implement PMO best practices
- Manage vendor relationships and contract negotiations
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of project management experience in IT/software development
- PMP or CSM certification required
- Proven track record delivering enterprise-scale projects (>$1M budget)
- Expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies and Jira/Confluence
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts for diverse audiences
- Experience with cloud migration and DevOps initiatives
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in MS Project and Power BI
