Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and requirements to identify improvement opportunities
- Translate stakeholder needs into technical specifications and user stories
- Create detailed documentation including process flows, data models, and wireframes
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure solution alignment with business goals
- Monitor KPIs and generate performance reports for leadership
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and validate solutions
- Support system implementations and post-launch optimization
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field
- 3+ years of Business Analyst experience in tech/finance
- Expertise in SQL, data visualization (Tableau/Power BI), and process modeling
- Proven ability to document requirements using UML/BPMN
- Strong stakeholder management and presentation skills
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA) preferred
