Responsibilities
- Translate complex business requirements into clear technical specifications and user stories
- Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops to gather and document requirements
- Analyze data trends and metrics to identify process improvement opportunities
- Create detailed process flows, data models, and documentation
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure solution alignment with business goals
- Validate implemented solutions against requirements through testing and user feedback
- Present findings and recommendations to executive stakeholders
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in tech or SaaS environments
- Expertise in requirement elicitation techniques (user stories, use cases, etc.)
- Proficiency in SQL, data modeling tools (e.g., ER/Studio), and visualization platforms
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and JIRA
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Certification (CBAP, PMP, or equivalent) is a plus
