Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define business requirements and project scope
- Analyze complex processes and identify optimization opportunities
- Create detailed documentation including BRDs, user stories, and process flows
- Translate business needs into technical specifications for development teams
- Conduct data analysis to support decision-making and performance metrics
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to align cross-functional teams

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of Business Analyst experience with SaaS or enterprise systems
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau)
- Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and JIRA
- Excellent written/verbal communication and stakeholder management skills
- Certification (CBAP, PMP, or PMI-PBA) highly desirable
