Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business processes to identify improvement opportunities using SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into actionable technical specifications
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and maintain product backlogs with JIRA
- Create detailed process flows, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Validate solutions through UAT and provide post-implementation support
- Develop KPI dashboards and performance metrics for leadership review
- Mentor junior analysts and champion best practices in requirements gathering
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years as a Business Analyst with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Expertise in SQL, data modeling, and process mapping tools
- Proven experience in financial services or healthcare industries
- Certification in CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent preferred
- Exceptional communication skills with executive stakeholders
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and BI tools (Power BI/Tableau)
- Ability to prioritize in deadline-driven environments
