- Create detailed process flows, data models, and system documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless solution implementation
- Develop and maintain KPI dashboards to track business performance metrics
- Present findings and recommendations to executive leadership with clear data-backed insights
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in tech or SaaS environments
- Expertise in SQL, data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI), and process mapping
- Proven track record of documenting requirements using UML, BPMN, or similar methodologies
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex information into actionable insights
- Excellent communication skills with experience presenting to technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Agile/Scrum certification or equivalent practical experience
