Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and identify improvement opportunities using data modeling techniques
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope and deliverables
- Create detailed requirement documents, user stories, and process flows
- Facilitate workshops and present findings to executive leadership
- Develop KPIs and monitor project performance against business objectives
- Coordinate with IT teams to ensure technical solutions align with business needs
- Document system changes and provide post-implementation support
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 3+ years of business analysis experience in SaaS or fintech
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong Agile/Scrum methodology experience
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA) or equivalent experience
