Responsibilities
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications and user stories
- Conduct stakeholder interviews and process mapping workshops
- Develop KPI dashboards and performance metrics using SQL/Power BI
- Lead Agile/Scrum ceremonies and prioritize product backlogs
- Document requirements using UML diagrams and flowcharts
- Validate solutions through UAT and provide post-implementation support
- Identify process improvement opportunities and ROI analysis
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in tech or finance
- Expertise in Agile methodologies, JIRA, and Confluence
- Advanced SQL skills and data visualization experience
- Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent) preferred
- Strong proficiency in process modeling tools (Visio, Lucidchart)
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with SaaS platforms and API integration
- Proven track record in digital transformation projects
