Responsibilities
- Conduct stakeholder interviews and requirements gathering sessions to define business needs
- Develop detailed process flows, user stories, and functional specifications
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends and provide actionable insights
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation including BRDs and UML diagrams
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, retrospectives) and ensure backlog prioritization
- Collaborate with engineering teams to validate solution feasibility and timelines
- Monitor KPIs and post-implementation performance to drive continuous improvement
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in tech/finance industries
- Expertise in SQL, data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI), and process modeling
- Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or Agile Analysis Certification
- Proven track record of translating complex requirements for technical teams
- Strong experience with JIRA, Confluence, and Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
