Responsibilities
- Translate complex business requirements into actionable technical specifications using UML and user stories
- Analyze SQL datasets to identify revenue optimization opportunities across 15+ client portfolios
- Lead stakeholder workshops with C-suite executives to align product strategy with KPIs
- Develop process flow diagrams and wireframes for fintech platform enhancements
- Implement JIRA/Confluence workflows to streamline agile sprint deliverables
- Present data-driven insights to cross-functional teams using Tableau and Power BI
- Document system requirements with 100% audit-ready compliance standards
Qualifications
- 5+ years of business analysis experience in regulated industries (healthcare/finance preferred)
- Expert proficiency in SQL, data modeling, and ETL processes
- Advanced certification in CBAP or PMI-PBA
- Proven track record of documenting 50+ requirements specifications
- Experience with API integration testing and UAT coordination
- Strong stakeholder management skills across C-suite to engineering teams
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful process optimization projects
